The following process and resources are provided to enable market centers to prune their WinMORE vendors lists before entering Vendors into the CommandMC Vendor Directory.
This is expected to be a one-time process for use in Q1-Q2 of 2023 during the deprecation of the Vendor Management section of WinMORE and movement of that process into CommandMC.

During March 2023, the new Vendor Directory in CommandMC was released and the 3/21/2023 MCA Growth Call in Action was devoted to demonstrating the why and the how of this new Vendor Directory: click here to watch the recording (required Facebook login and KW MCAs group membership to view).
To summarize, this is an amazing opportunity for market centers to review their transactional vendors (lenders, closing entities such as attorneys and title companies, escrow, inspectors, home warranties, broker, and insurance), prune their lists, and create entries for frequently used parties to the transaction. This will allow associates to select commonly used parties to the transaction when they are moving through an opportunity and completing a commission request, rather than having to type all of the information in each time. In addition, associates can enter parties not on the market center list and request them to be added. This is intended to streamline communication around transactional vendors throughout the transaction - for associates and for market centers.
