This communication is intentionally sent to all regions, OPs, and MCA with the following message:

Good afternoon,

We are always looking to improve Keller Williams technology and data, including improvements to associate data. As part of that effort, we need your assistance to clean up associates with multiple Profit Share trees and associates with VR status and one or more additional status. Please open the attachment in Adobe Reader to enable all of the interactive links in the instructions.

The focus of this project is to combine associates' downlines under only one of their MORE IDs in advance of the new CommandMC Associate applet. Taking the required action will not change a dual affiliated associate's active status in their market centers.

FAQs

Q: If there are no numerals after the status column, what do we do?

A: If the associate has no numeral at all after the the status column - like Digory Kirke in the instructions - you will take no action. The absence of a numeral means the associate has no downline; therefore there is no downline to transfer.

Q: If the associate is with my market center and KWEN, do we still follow this process?

A: Yes, all downlines must be transferred to one MORE ID - whichever one the associate chooses. Work in cooperation with the KWEN MCA to ensure good communication between the market center and KWEN and with the associate.

Q: If the associate is VR in both market centers - with downlines in both, do we still follow this process.

A. Yes, all downlines must be transferred to one MORE ID - whichever one the associate chooses. Work in cooperation with the other MCA(s) involved to ensure good communication between market centers and with the associate.
