For an agent to earn in the KW Luxury Community, they must close a minimum amount of units (set by the Market Center) that meet the luxury minimum price threshold (set by the region) for the county the property is in. In the Command MC Directory, Market Center Leaders have the ability to view the Luxury roster, including agents who have earned in and agents who have not, along with the number of qualified units they have sold in each county.
To view the Market Center Luxury roster in the Command MC Admin applet:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Command MC at the top of the page.
3. If you have Regional and Market Center roles or have leadership roles in multiple Market Centers, click your name, at the top right of the page, and ensure the correct Command MC profile is selected.
4. Click the Administration icon, , on the left side of the page.
5. On the left side of the page, make sure the My Market Center category is open, and select Luxury.
6. On this page, you will see the Luxury roster, including agents who have earned in and agents who have not, along with the Earn In Date of Luxury Agents, the number of qualified units they have sold in each county, the Earn Out Date of Luxury Agents, and the number of qualified units they need to stay in the program. For each agent on the roster, you might see a Luxury Status:
- Luxury Agent - these agents have earned in to the Luxury Community.
- Earn Out Soon - these agents have earned in to the Luxury Community, but they are at least 6 months away from their Earn Out Date. You can see their Earn Out Date and the number of luxury units needed to stay in the Luxury Agent status.
- Requested - these agents did not earn in to Luxury Agent status, for one reason or another, but your leadership team has submitted a Luxury Exception Request for them to be allowed into the Luxury program, and the request is pending.
- Eligible - these agents are qualified to be members of the Luxury Community, but need Market Center Leadership approval. If your Market Center has the Luxury auto-approve functionality enabled, you will not see this status, as these agents would be auto-approved into the program.
- Not Approved - these agents did not earn in to Luxury Agent status, for one reason or another, but your leadership team has submitted a Luxury Exception Request for them to be allowed into the Luxury program, and the request was denied by regional leadership.
7. You can click on any agent name on the roster to view their contact info, luxury units details, their average luxury price, and a list of all of their Luxury transactions from the past 24 months.
