The information you add to your Market Center Profile will feed to the new KW.com, and will populate your new Market Center Website, powered by Keller Cloud. It not only includes basic info, but also includes a place to choose neighborhoods your Market Center wants to highlight, a field to designate your Market Center's lead capture email, and you are able to customize the URL for your Market Center websites. You also have the ability to complete separate profiles for your Business Centers, which will create separate Business Center websites.

On your Market Center and Business Center websites, there are Meet Our Leaders and Meet Our Agents pages that showcase leaders and agents. There is no way to manage these rosters from inside of Command MC, these rosters are based on roles associates and leaders have on their KW White Pages profiles. Leaders with the following roles will appear on this page: MC Broker Please note: An Agent role must also be present in addition to one of the above roles in order for the associate to appear successfully on the Meet Our Leader page. |
To learn how to complete your Market Center Site Profile and create your Market Center website, follow the steps below:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click Command MC.
3. Click the Sites icon, 
, on the left sidebar.
4. Click either Market Center or Business Center, at the top of the page.
5. Choose Your Market Center from the drop-down provided.
6. If you chose Business Center, you will need to select your Business Center from the second drop-down that appears.

At the top of the profile, you will see a toggle button labeled Use my information to brand my market center site. Switch this toggle button to off, if you ever notice that your site is not compliant and you need to pivot quickly.

Market Center Profile General Information
Market Center Name - this is autofilled from the "Doing Business As Name" in the Market Center White Pages profile. This is not editable here, but Market Center leadership can send a request to their region to change this name.
Market Center Address - this is autofilled from the Market Center White Pages profile. This is not editable here, but can be edited in the Market Center White Pages profile.
Website Country - select either the USA or Canada
Doing Business in - once you select the country, use this drop-down to select any states or provinces/territories your Market Center does business in.
Market Center Phone Number - this phone number will auto-populate from your Market Center White Pages profile, but you have the ability to edit this.
Market Center Fax Number - this number will not auto-populate, but you can add your Market Center's fax number here.
System Information
GA Tracking ID - enter your Google Analytics tracking ID here. This will send analytics, from your new Market Center website, to your Google Analytics account.
GA Webmaster Account ID - enter your Google Webmaster account ID here. This will send analytics, from your new Market Center website, to your Google Webmaster account.
SEO Description - enter the SEO description, for your Market Center Website, that will display when someone is looking at search results.
SEO Keywords - enter keywords that will make it easy for consumers to find your Market Center website, when searching online.
Alternate Website - if your Market Center has a third party website, add the web address of that site in this field. Ensure that you include https:// when you add the address. This will not affect your Command Market Center website, but will link this third party website to your Market Center's public profile, on the new KW.com office search.
URL
This is the website address for your Market Center/Business Center website. These URLs are always structured in the following way: "xxxxx.yourkwoffice.com," though you can edit the subdomain or the first part of the URL. Click Claim Domain, when you are ready.

Once you save your new subdomain, it will take about 15 minutes for the system to pick up the change. Your old subdomain will then be released and any other Market Center or Business Center will be able to claim it as their own. |

Brokers
There is no action to take in this section. The system will look for anyone who has the MC Broker role on their KW White Pages profile and display these brokers in the site footer.
Logos
Use the toggle buttons to display/hide the NAR and Equal Housing Opportunity logos. In addition, you can click the Upload DBA Logo button to add your DBA logo to your Market Center website.

Once you add a logo, you can click the edit icon, 
, to replace it with a different logo, and click Upload Another DBA Logo, to add secondary logos.

Homepage Hero Image
Click Upload to start uploading hero images for the home page of your Market Center website. Click here to learn how to create a hero image in Designs.

- You can upload up to 6 Images

Header
Header Text - enter the header text for your new Market Center website. This will appear over the hero image, on the homepage.
Subheader Text - enter the subheader text for your new Market Center website. This will appear right under the header text.
Search Header Text - enter the search header text for your new Market Center website. This will appear right above the search bar, on the home page.
About the Market Center Header
Header Text - enter the header text for the About section of your Market Center website.
Body Text - enter the body text for the About section of your Market Center website.
Photo - click Upload to add a photo in the About section.
Photo Hyperlink - if you added a photo to this section, you can add a link to any page or site to that photo. Ensure that you type https:// when you enter this link.

About the Area
Header Text - enter header text for the About the Area section of your Market Center website.
First Body Text - add the first body of text for the About the Area section of your Market Center website.
Second Body Text - add the second body of text for the About the Area section of your Market Center website.
Page Legal Disclaimer
Legal Disclaimer - add a custom legal disclaimer to the bottom of your Market Center website.
Page Legal Foot Link(s)
Link Title - add a legal footer hyperlink(s) for Compliance at the bottom of your Market Center website.
URL - add the URL for the hyperlink to this field.
Neighborhoods
Use the Enable neighborhoods on page toggle button to enable/disable neighborhoods on your Market Center Website.
Use the search to find and select up to 12 neighborhoods to showcase on your Market Center website. If you don't know the exact names of the neighborhoods, search by Zip Code and select from the list.

Contact
Lead Routing Email - enter the email address you want leads, captured from the Market Center website and profile, sent to. You can then distribute those leads to your agents.
Click Save, at the bottom of the page, when ready.
