Recruits is a driving applet in Command MC. In Recruits users can build a database of recruits, customize their Recruiting Pipeline and work active recruits purposefully there, and they can use a map search to identify potential recruits and the Market Share they represent.
This is a big applet, with a ton of functionality, use the resource below to get started with Recruits and get a lay of the land:
Recruiting Pipeline - customize your pipeline and set standards for how you interact with active recruits. Once you add recruits to the pipeline, you can purposefully track their progress and stay on task. Recruit Management - this is a database of all of your recruits, whether they are in the pipeline or not. Find Recruits - this map search helps you to find agents that have active listings, along with the Market Share they represent. |
Use this option to import recruits into the Recruit Management database, using the Command MC Recruit import template. Once there, you can add the recruits to the pipeline, if needed.
Add a Recruit to the database or pipeline.
Use the search, sorting and filters to find the recruit you are looking for.
Use the Edit Stages button, customizing the stages and checklist items to make the workflow unique to your Market Center. This sets the standard for the way recruits are nurtured and tracked for your entire recruiting team.
The Recruiting Pipeline is organized into four Phases (top level): Active Recruit, Appointment, Cultivate, and Committed. These phases are not editable. Within each phase you will find a set of Stages. These stages are customizable, though you will not be able to delete or rename some of these.

Click the three dots, on any recruit card, to view the recruit card options: view the details, edit the checklist for that specific recruit, move the recruit card (you can also drag and drop), or remove the recruit from the pipeline (the recruit will stay in the Recruit Management Database).
Click the checklist icon, on a recruit card, to manage the checklist for that recruit. Here you can mark checklist items as complete, add one-off items, assign leadership team members to a recruit, or set a due date for a checklist item.
The Recruit Tags will display here. You can create and apply these tags to recruits when you are editing them.
In addition to the functionality above, leaders with the Operating Principal (OP) role will have the option of exporting a spreadsheet of the recruits in their Recruit Management database.
