Manage Your Recruits in Command MC (Leadership)

After you create add a recruit to the Recruiting Pipeline, you can start moving it through the Pipeline, adding information about the recruit, add a KPA link, and eventually list the recruit as committing to joining the Market Center (or removing the recruit from the Pipeline if things do not work out).

Access Recruit Pipeline

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. At the top of the page, click Command MC.

3. Click the Recruits icon, ​, on the left sidebar.

Move Recruits Through the Pipeline

In order to move your recruit through the Recruiting Pipeline, click and hold the six dots, on the left of the Recruit card, and drag the Opportunity to the correct stage. If you need to move it to another phase, drag the Recruit Card to the correct phase above the stages. This will put the Recruit card in the first stage of that phase.

Edit Recruit Details

You can edit a recruit to add or change information, whether they are in the Recruiting Pipeline or just in the Recruit Database.

Committed and Joined Recruits
When a recruit is ready to join the company, they are placed into the Committed phase. During this time, the Market Center is working with the recruit to transition them into the company. Once the recruit has signed their ICA and has been entered in WinMORE, move the recruit to the Joined stage, of the Committed phase, and indicating that they have become an active KW agent.

• When you move a recruit to the Joined stage, of the Committed phase, the system will prompt you to enter their KWUID, which is generated when you make them active in WinMORE.

The recruit will also remain in the Recruit Management tab with an icon displayed beside the recruit name that indicates that they are apart of a team as well their Status displaying as Committed - Joined. The recruit will still be searchable in the recruit list as well.

Remove Recruit from Pipeline

The recruit can be removed from the Pipeline at any time from either the Recruiting Pipeline tab or the Recruit Management tab:

1. Click on the ellipses icon, , to the right of the recruit's name and select Remove from Pipeline.

2. Select Fall out, enter the actions or events that occurred to prompt your removing the recruit from the Pipeline, and click Save.

The recruit will remain on the Recruit Management tab with a status of Fall Out.

Archive Recruit

The recruit can be archived at any time from either the Recruiting Pipeline tab or the Recruit Management tab:

1. Click on the ellipses icon, , to the right of the recruit's name and select Remove from Pipeline.

2. Select Archive, enter the actions or events that occurred to prompt your removing the recruit from the Pipeline, and click Save.

The recruit will remain on the Recruit Management tab with a status of Archived.
