While you are managing your recruits, you may need to find a specific recruit. Instead of searching through your Phases and Stages to find the recruits you are looking for, you can search for the recruit.
To learn how to search recruits in your pipeline or Recruit Management database, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click Command MC.
3. Click the Recruits icon, ,on the left sidebar.
Once you are in the Recruits Applet, you can use the search, sorting, filters and SmartViews in either the Recruiting Pipeline or Recruit Management database.
- The exception is customizing columns, which is only available in the Recruit Management database view).
Customize Columns in the Recruit Management Database
1. In the Recruit Management database, when you click into the Recruit Management database, click the Gear icon, , which is the column header on the right edge of the database.
2. When the Customize Columns modal appears, you will see two columns that will enable you to customize the database view: All Available Columns and Columns Order. Make the changes you want, then click Apply.
- All Available Columns - you will see an entry for every available column in the database view, check or uncheck the box next to a field to either display (checked) or hide (unchecked) that column.
- Columns Order - use the drag-and-drop functionality to move the columns in the order you want them displayed.
Search Recruits in Pipeline
If you were needing to find a recruit in the pipeline:
- You can use the search bar where you can search by name, city, postal code, email, or all.
- You can also filters to narrow your recruit search down by clicking the filter icon,
, selecting the filters, and clicking Apply.

- Join In Status (KW Joining Portal Status)
- Tags
- Brokerage
- Lead Type
- Lead Sources
- Assignee(s)
- Team Status
- Next Task Scheduled
- Projected Join Date
- Last Appointment Held
- Last Contacted
- Recruit Not Updated In (Timeframe)
- Date Created
- BrokerMetrics Status
- Active Real Estate License
Search Recruits in Recruit Database
If you were needing to find a recruit in the recruit database:
- You can use the search bar where you can search by name, city, postal code, email, or all.
