Password Recovery for Productivity Coach Team Account

If you have not received the email with the Productivity Coach's new account information you can retrieve it by submitting a password reset request. A link will be sent to the Password Recovery Email Address that will allow you to reset the password for the PC. That password recovery email address should be the Market Center's KLRWxxx@kw.com, but be sure to verify it in White Pages first. 

In order to verify the Password Recovery Email Address, follow the steps below:

1. Log into KWConnect with your Keller Williams login credentials.

2. Click White Pages under the main menu headers.

3. Select Associate Information Search/Edit

4. Search for the name on the account. It should be formatted as:

First Name: Pro Coach A

Last Name:  MC#### (enter your Market Center number after "MC" and add zeros to keep it in a four digit format: MC0027) 

• The A represents the first PC account. When/if another account is requested, it will be formatted as:
  First Name: Pro Coach B
  Last Name: MC#### (enter your Market Center number after "MC" - add zeros to keep it in a four digit format: MC0027)

5. The Password Recovery Email Address will be displayed towards the bottom of the page.

The Password Recovery Email Address should be the Market Center's KLRWxxx@kw.com in order to receive a password reset email and link; the Email and the Password Recovery Email cannot be the same email address.

Once the Password Recovery Email Address has been confirmed, please follow the steps below to reset the password for the account:

1. Navigate to https://agent.kw.com.

2. Click Forgot Password on the login screen.

3. On the next screen, enter the username of the PC and click Submit. The username would be ProcoachMC#A

• The # stands for the Market Center number. Do not lead with the number zero (Procoach27A)
• The A represents the first PC account. When/if another account is requested, it will be ProcoachMC#B

4. Doing this will send an email to the Password Recovery email address. There is where you will find a link that will allow you to reset the password for the PC. Once it's reset, they login with their new credentials.

Once the password is reset, be sure to return the Pro Coach account in White Pages to the following:

• Password Recovery Email: klrw####@kw.com - the market center is the official owner of this account and must be able to access it at all times.
• Email: the Pro Coach email account you set up following the steps in Create a Pro Coach KW Email.
