Access the Market Center Vital Signs Report

The Market Center Vital Signs report shows key metrics for both agent (total cappers, average number of contacts, etc.) and Market Center (profit, company dollar, etc.) performance, using a point system to help you measure progress. You can use this report to find gaps and target areas that could use improvement.

To learn how to access the Market Center Vital Signs report, follow the steps below: 

1. From KWConnect, click the Reports link.

 
2. On the reports page, hover over Reports, hover over Market Center from the drop-down, then select Vital Signs, at the bottom of the second drop-down.

 
You will then see the report for your Market Center, where you can click on each field and find an individual report for the metrics for that field.
