Access an Archived (Older) Version of a Report

When working with Reports, in myKW, you have the ability to access past versions of reports. For instance, you might need last year's December Multi-year Trend report or the Lost Agent Productivity Report from two years ago. These reports update each month, but you can access past versions of many of the reports available on myKW.

• Not all reports have archived versions available.

To learn how to access an archived version of a report:

1. Login to KWConnect with your KW login credentials.

2. Click on Reports below the main menu headers.

3. Hover over Reports, find the report you are looking for, and click the folder icon, , on that report.

4. A pop-up will appear. Select the month/year of the version you want to access, and the report will load.
