If an associate in your Market Center is leaving KW or leaving your Market Center due to a transfer (ensure they are added to their new Market Center before completing the steps below), complete the steps below to remove the associate from your Market Center's Roster.
Only Market Center leaders with the OP, MCA, TL, Assist MCA, Assist TL roles have the ability to remove an associate. |
Once removed, the associate will lose all access to Command and other KW Systems, if they are not active in another Market Center.
- Once you remove the associate, ensure you sync Command MC with WinMORE.
To remove an associate leaving the Market Center:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Command MC, at the top of the page.
3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name.
5. At the top right of the page, click Remove Associate.
6. First, use the calendar widget to select the Departure Actual Date. The tool will only allow you to set this as the current date or a date in the past, so no future dates.
7. Next, use the drop-down to select the Reason of Departure.
8. In the Email field, enter the email address(es) of anyone who needs to be aware of the removal of this associate. Enter the email address, then click Enter. This will allow you to enter any number of recipients.
9. Add any Additional Notes you want sent in the email notification and timeline, then click Save.
10. A confirmation will appear, click Confirm.
The associate's status will show as "Leaving" until the Departure Actual Date arrives. Then, the status will change to Inactive. You will also see a timeline event that shows details around the departure.
