Any associate joined or removed after 6pm CT on the last calendar day of the month will be counted in the following month and not synced with WinMORE until after the Market Center transmits. Any associate status change made after 6pm CT on the last calendar day of the month for either existing associates or associates new to your MC will therefore also not count until the following month, including status changes from A to PO and PO to A. |
With the new Associates applet launch, Market Center Leadership will no longer add new associates or edit associate data in WinMORE, with the exception of editing of cap and splits. You will now invite recruits to join the Market Center through Recruits, and manage associate data in the new Associates Applet, in Command MC.
As new associate data is added/edited in Command MC, the data doesn't automatically sync to WinMORE. That being said, there are a few easy steps you can take to sync all global Associates data, or to sync an individual associate's data to WinMORE.
- In addition to the steps below, when adding an individual to a DA it will check for any updates for that individual, which is necessary in case they have any commission tax ID changes. Also, when you run the End of Month reports, specifically the Activity Report and Agent Recap, global Associates data will sync with WinMORE.
Globally Sync New or Updated Associates Data
We have a new button in WinMORE that quickly checks for new or updated Associates data in Command MC, and then syncs it with WinMORE. This checks all new associates or updated information in all existing associates. With so many leaders that have access to update information in Command MC, it is recommended to build a weekly or even daily habit around following this process:
1. Open WInMORE, click the Enter tab, then select Associates.
2. Above the Profit Share and History buttons, click Update Agents.
An "Agents Changes Log" window will appear. If there is no new data to import, this will be blank. If the system imported any data at all, you will see a time and date logged here. That will let you know that data updated in WinMORE.
Sync an Individual Associate's Data to WinMORE
When you make an edit to an individual associate's record, the edits don't immediately sync with WinMORE. That being said, all it takes to push the change, for the change to that one associate's record, is to access the associate's record in Command MC:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Command MC, at the top of the page.
3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name. That will immediately push any new or updated information, in this associate's record, to WinMORE.
If you make a change to an associate's record, save the changes, back out of the record to the Associates database view, then click the associate's name to access the record again. This will trigger an immediate sync of the updated data with WinMORE: |
Nuances
Productivity Coach Accounts
Productivity Coach accounts currently have a five-digit MORE ID (example: 123*12345) rather than a four-digit. This may cause an error on the Update Agents text file. MC Leadership can ignore this error for now until KWRI is able to make it resolve on its own.
Associates with Licenses in Two States
For Associates with two licenses in two states in the same Market Center, the Update Agents text file may show two updates to the same Associate profile. This is because WinMORE only has one line for License Number and Real Estate Date, and CommandMC allows multiple entries. Please disregard the two update entries as the CommandMC Associates profile is the source of truth for this information.
Returning Vested Retired (VR Status) Associates
With the re-joining process in CommandMC for Vested Retired (VR) Associates (see The KW Joining Portal Workflow (Returning to KW Associate Entry), WinMORE will need to mark the old VR profile as R before being able to add an active Associate.
The first time you hit Update Agents after having a returning VR Associate complete the Joining Portal, there will be an error stating that the VR profile's SSN matches the new profile attempting to sync. This text file should also include an update for the VR profile to update to R. Then, you will hit Update Agents again so that WinMORE can create the new A status profile for the returning Associate.
