As your agents are submitting compliance requests through Opportunities, you have a few tools to leverage, when trying to find a specific request. These tools include tags, filters, sorting, and a search.
To learn how to search for submitted compliance requests in Command MC, follow the steps below:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top of the page, click Command MC.
3. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left sidebar.
4. At the top of the page, click Compliance Requests, then find the request you want to add a tag to.
Sort
At the top of the page, use the Sort drop-down to sort the submitted requests by:
- Closing Date Soonest - this orders the list by Estimated Closing Date. The earliest estimated closing date will show first, while the farthest out will show last.
- Closing Date Latest - this orders the list by Estimated Closing Date. The farthest out will show first, while the earliest will show last.
- Submission Soonest - this orders the list by Submission Date. The oldest submission will show first, while the most recent will show last.
- Submission Latest - this orders the list by Submission Date. The most recent submission will show first, while the oldest will show last.
Filters
Along the left side of the page, you will see several filters you can use to find the submitted compliance request you are looking for:
In the Compliance Status section, check the box next to each status that you want to filter by. Only submitted requests with the selected statuses will show in the list. By default, the Submitted, Resubmitted and Changed statuses will be selected automatically. Below are the definitions of each status:
- Submitted - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review. The compliance team needs to review this checklist, and approve or reject.
- Resubmitted - the agent's initial compliance submission was rejected initially, now they have fixed everything that caused the rejection and have resubmitted for review.
- Changed - the agent's initial compliance submission was rejected initially, now they have started to replace documents with the changes needed for approval. They have not resubmitted yet.
- Open - the agent has started attaching compliance documents, but has not submitted for review yet.
- Returned - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review, but they need to fix a few things before this can be approved.
- Approved - the agent attached compliance documents to the Opportunity and submitted to the Market Center for review, and everything was correct. They are ready to continue with the transaction process.
In the Opportunity Type section, check the box next to each Opportunity Type that you want to filter by. Only submitted requests with the selected Opportunity types will show in the list. By default, all of the Opportunity Types will be selected automatically.
In the Compliance Event section, check the box next to specific compliance events that you want to view. Once you check the box next to a compliance event (or multiple compliance events), only submitted requests in the selected compliance events will show in the list. By default, nothing in this section will be selected, and submitted requests from all compliance events will be displayed.
In the Advanced Filters section, you will see two filters that will help you find what you are looking for:
- Closed Date - use the calendar widget to select a date range. The system will only display any requests that have an Estimated Closed Date that falls within that date range.
*Note*: this filter looks for the Estimated Closed Date, not the actual Closed Date. - Agent(s) Assigned - use the drop-down to select any number of specific agents in your Market Center. Once you select at least one agent, the system will only display requests that include those specific agents as assignees. This is an "Or" filter, meaning "display requests that include Ariel, Irene or Nina."
In the Custom Tags section, use the drop-down to select the tags you want to filter by. If an Opportunity includes even one of the tags that has been selected in the filter, it will show in the list. The more tags you add to the filter, the more results you will get, theoretically.
Search
At the top of the page, you can use the universal search to find specific compliance requests.
