Access the Substitute Sponsors Report in Command MC (Market Center Leadership) – KWMCAngel

Section 4.9.4.34.8 of the P&G states: Should an individual’s intended Permanent Sponsor be someone who is not currently affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, the individual must designate a Substitute (Temporary) Sponsor when they originally join the system. If the Permanent Sponsor joins Keller Williams Realty, within the ninety-day grace period from the individual’s start date, the individual’s Substitute Sponsor in the system may be changed using the same procedures as those for typographical errors as outlined in Section 4.9.4.33.7.

In Command MC, instead of a Market Center emailing the region with these Sponsorship Change Requests, the process is now built into Command and Command MC. As Market Center leadership, you either have to submit a Sponsorship Change Request on behalf of the agent, or approve/reject requests that associates have submitted in Command.

In addition to actually reviewing submitted change requests, there is a report in the Command MC Admin Applet that allows you to see all associates in your Market Center who chose the "My Sponsor Intends to Join Within 90 Days" option, when completing the KW Joining Portal. Those associates have 90 days to submit a Sponsorship Change Request, or to have their Market Center submit a Sponsorship Change Request on their behalf.

Only Market Center leaders with a OP, MCA, or TL roles have access to both view the Substitute Sponsors Report and to submit/manage submitted change requests.

Once the associate is past their 90 days, they will be automatically removed from this report. If the change request was submitted before the 90 days was up, it can still be processed and approved, even though they no longer show on this report.

To access the Substitute Sponsors Report in Command MC:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click Command MC at the top of the page.

3. Click the Administration icon, , on the left side of the page.

4. Click the Sponsorship section, on the left side of the page, then select Substitute Sponsors beneath.

Here you will find the list of associates in your Market Center who chose the "My Sponsor Intends to Join Within 90 Days" option, when completing the KW Joining Portal. Those associates have 90 days to submit a Sponsorship Change Request, or to have their Market Center submit a Sponsorship Change Request on their behalf.

The report shows the agent name, their join date, current and requested sponsor, and most importantly how many days are remaining to be able to submit the Sponsorship Change Request.
