Keller Williams has launched a new algorithm, called Heatseeker, to identify potential producing recruits from your local area, and import their information into the Command MC Recruits Applet. At the beginning of every week, a new list is generated and imported into your Market Center's recruit database. New recruits will be added, and recruits who have previously imported will be updated with any new information captured.
Once the recruits are in your recruit database, you will need to identify them and follow up. To find Heatseeker recruits in Command MC:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.
2. Click Command MC, on the top of the page.
3. Click the Recruits icon ,, on the left side of the page.
4. Click the Recruit Management tab at the top of the page.
Customize Columns
1. At the top right of the database table, click the Customize Columns Icon, .
2. On the left side of the Customize Columns modal, ensure the Heatseeker Score column is selected, you can also select Tags and Source. Once Selected, use the right side of the modal to drag-and-drop those columns to the top of the list.
- There are 4 Heatseeker scores: Hot, Warm, Cold, No Score.
- Hot are the recruits calculated to be most willing to move to a different brokerage.
- No Score means they aren't included in the list at all.
- Each recruit included in the Heatseeker import will receive the Heatseeker tag.
- Each lead imported into your Recruit Database due to the Heatseeker import will have the Heatseeker lead source added to their record.
Sort the Database By Heatseeker Score
1. Click on the Heatseeker Score column until the recruits are sorted with the Hot leads on top.
Use the Heatseeker Filter
1. Click the Filters Icon, , to the right of the search bar.
2. In the Filters Drawer, use the Heatseeker Filter to narrow your list by Heatseeker Score.
SmartViews
The Heatseeker System SmartView
1. By default, you have access to a system create SmartView dedicated to viewing Heatseeker recruits. Click the SmartView drop-down, at the top left of your database, and select Heatseeker.
Create a Custom SmartView
1. If you want to create your own custom Heatseeker SmartView, use the components explained above to get your database view set up just the way you want. Then at the top left of the page, next to the SmartView drop-down, click Create.
2. Name the SmartView, select whether you want to set this as the default SmartView, then click Create.
