Keller Williams has launched a new algorithm, called Heatseeker, to identify potential producing recruits from your local area, and import their information into the Command MC Recruits Applet. At the beginning of every week, a new list is generated and imported into your Market Center's recruit database. New recruits will be added, and recruits who have previously imported will be updated with any new information captured, where you can view the leads and nurture.
There are some default variables that determine which potential recruits pull in through this algorithm, and you have the ability to request changes to these baseline settings:
- First, the area it uses is based on the location of the Market Center and uses a 25 mile radius to pull in local recruits. If you notice that the amount of recruits pulling in is too low or high, you can request changes to the the map pin and/or the size of the radius.
-
- You also have the ability to request specific zip codes, instead of a map pin and radius.

-
- Next, each Heatseeker recruit pulls in with one of a few Heatseeker Lead Scores: Hot, Warm and Cold. By default, only Hot leads will appear, but you can request to have it pull in Warm and/or Cold leads as well.
Request Changes
If you want to request a change to how the algorithm pulls in recruits, reach out to your Regional Tech Trainer (RTT). Your RTT will work with Regional Leadership to confirm and approve the change requests. Once the Regional Leadership has approved your request, your RTT will submit the changes.
