Why should someone start a Teamerage?
Market Centers should start a Teamerage to ignite new revenue growth and elevate agent success. Teamerage drives new revenue, maximizes productivity, attracts top talent, and fosters a collaborative culture that drives exceptional results, enhancing the Market Center's reputation and profitability.
Who can join the KW Teamerage Community?
Teamerage is exclusive to Keller Williams Market Center Leadership or an agent who has been tasked to run the teamerage in the Market Center.
How do I become a member?
To become a member of the KW Teamerage Community, you must be part of Market Center Leadership or an agent who has been tasked to run the teamerage in the Market Center, and you can apply by clicking the link here.
Is the orientation required?
Can I watch a recording instead? When are the onboarding orientations? We recommend you watch our recorded orientation or join one of our monthly live orientations that take place on the First Thursday of each Month. You can register to attend here or watch our recorded version here.
I just joined, what should I do first?
You should have received a welcome email with all of the details to get you started with your KW Teamerage Community Membership. We suggest downloading the 30-60-90 and following along with the steps listed there. If you did not receive the email, please let us know and we will make sure you are subscribed to the emails. You can use this opt in link to receive an email to update your preferences. You can choose which ones you would like to receive, but be sure that the Teamerage preference is turned on. You can also update your email in your KW Profile (In the MyKW > Personal Information section) to change it to your primary email address.
What kinds of topics should I expect from the Masterminds and Educational sessions?
Masterminds will cover such topics as identifying lead sources, Finding my WHO, Identifying the right agents for my Teamerage, How big should my Teamerage be?, etc. ; Interviews will take place with influential figures within the Keller Williams ecosystem. Educational sessions will focus on lead generation, operations, marketing, and coaching.
Will we have any in-person events?
No, not at this time, but this is something on the roadmap for the future.
What is the annual membership cost?
$250 annual fee
What are the benefits of membership?

Is there a group I can join to talk to other members?
Yes, we have a private KW Teamerage Community Group message board available only to members of the Teamerage Community. You can click here to go directly to the message board.
Can my entire team access my membership portal?
No, only the one who signed up for the membership will be able to login to the membership portal using their credentials.
What do I do if I want to cancel my membership?
Your membership will automatically renew annually unless terminated. Membership can be terminated without cause upon providing written notification of termination to teamerage@kw.com, by Member, KWRI, or the Community Leader. Membership termination must be requested at least 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle. Registration to any events occurring after this Agreement terminates will be lost.
