How do I join? Is there an application process?

You can apply through the link here. Membership, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, is contingent upon verification of active earned-in Luxury agent status with KWRI. Your 10-day trial period is the time during which our team will review your application to ensure you are a qualified KW Luxury earned-in agent. If you are accepted into the community, you will automatically become an active member with access to our member portal after the trial application period. Your first membership fee will process at that time. Membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis.

Is there a monthly membership fee?

There is a cost of $250 per month to be part of the Luxury Pro Membership. KW Luxury Pro offers KW Luxury Agents bespoke access to an exclusive relationships and referral directory, exceptional learning opportunities in the world of luxury, and unique curated events and experiences for connection and growth. How often are KW Luxury Pro Speaker Series and Masterminds held?

The in-person KW Luxury Pro Speaker Series and Mastermind will be held monthly on the third Wednesday of each month. You can register for the monthly KW Luxury Pro Speaker Series and Mastermind on the Luxury Pro Calendar found on the Luxury Pro Website, under the Events Section.

If you will not be able to attend in person, we will be having a replay of the Luxury Pro event and a live Q&A on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The Zoom registration link is also available on the Luxury Pro Website every month. You can also message us at luxury@kw.com for more information.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership will automatically renew monthly unless terminated. Membership can be terminated without cause upon providing written notification of termination to luxury@kw.com, by Member, KWRI, or the Community Leader. Membership termination must be requested at least 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle. Registration to any events occurring after this Agreement terminates will be lost.

Where can I find the Luxury Pro Logos?

We only have a Luxury Pro logo for the use of KWRI marketing and our Website. The Luxury Pro logo is not available for agent use at this time.

Where can I find the member roster?

Your member directory can be found under the directory tab on the KWLuxuryPro.com site once you have logged in. You must create a profile on the welcome page, under How To Get Started. Once the form is completed you will show up in the directory, and you can begin to connect to fellow KW Luxury Pro members.

How can I sign up for my free Four Essential Pillars to Grow Your Luxury Business after my first 90 day mark?

To get your free code after your 90 day mark with KW Luxury Pro, please email luxury@kw.com and we are happy to provide you with the code you can use when you sign up for the Four Essential Pillars to Grow Your Luxury Business course.

Where can I find the social media tool kit?

If you are an earned in agent you can find the monthly social media tool kit on the Luxury Hub. If you are a Luxury Pro member, you can find the monthly social media tool kit on the Luxury Pro Website under the Resources tab > Other Resources section.

When do we receive the Luxury Pro Newsletter?

The KW Luxury Pro Newsletter is sent the first Tuesday of every month. Check your SPAM folder for a message from “Your KW Luxury Team”. If you think you have opted out, please resubscribe here.

Do you limit the number of agents that get accepted based on their service area? Is there a limit to the number of agents that can be in the group from the same area?

There is no limit to the number of Luxury Pro agents in a specific area. To join Luxury Pro, agents must be part of the Luxury earned-in community already. For more details on Luxury Pro, you can provide your agents with this link, KWLuxuryPro.com, which is where they can also register to become a Luxury Pro member.

Is there special team/couple pricing for Luxury Pro?

Luxury Pro membership is based on the individual. For a team to be a member, each team member would have to apply individually and be a part of the earned in agent community. To check to see if you are about of the earned in agent community, please search on the agent search function to see if you are showing as luxury badged.
