In this section, you will verify that your Lonewolf transactions for the month agree with your Closed Sales Volume by Associate report from WinMORE.
- In Lonewolf run 8.7.5. – Select Royalty Fee – put in your Transmittal Month Date Range, All Associates, include Terminated with Activity, Summary, as seen below.
- Under Send Report to, Click on Screen,to view or Printer if you want to print this report for the monthly Transmittal file.
- To verify the Company Dollar matches in Lonewolf with WinMORE Transmittal Proof Report – in Lonewolf print an Associate Payroll History Report. 8.7.1
- Select dates for current month, Summary, Select All Active Associates.
- This report is best exported to Excel to view in Legal size. Totals can be added to the bottom of each Fee column listed. ie 90/10 – 80/20 etc,,, See example below
- These totals should match the WinMORE Closed Sales Volume by Associate report.
- Or a report can be run for each individual Fee under 8.7.5
- Or a Net Fee Report – selecting all Fee plans only – 70/30 - 80/20- 90/10 Royalty can be run as a separate report.
- Report total should match Company Dollar on Financial report and in WinMORE.
- If it does not, calculate amount of difference and compare each associate total to the total on Closed Sales Volume by Associate Report or call for support to MCASupport@kw.com or regionalmca@kw.com
- In WinMORE, click Month-End and select Transmittal Proof Report and print the report.
- Make sure that the monthly totals on the Transmittal Proof Report agree with the Totals on the Associate Payroll History totals and on the KWFS_Canada.xls

- If these numbers are different, go thru your Payroll History Report and Closed Sales Volume by Associate report Associate by Associate - check each Associate record for accuracy to see what you missed.
- A quick way to confirm your numbers match in Lonewolf and WinMORE weekly is to run a financial report – Profit and Loss from Lonewolf from the first of the month to current date, and a Closed Sales Volume by Associate report from WinMORE making sure that all closed transactions have been imported and Posted in WinMORE to the same date.
