Q. An associate received a lease / rental commission. The rent was $950/mo, but the agreed commission was $1000. I entered item as a listing with sale price $950 and the commission as a flat $1000 fee. On the Closed Sales Volume report the written volume is $950 and the GCI is $1000. Are these numbers correct?
A. Yes, because the written price was $950, but the actual commission amount was $1000.
