Print and Review Associate List (US/CAN)

In this task, you will print the Associate List with sponsors and review it with your Team Leader. 

In WinMORE,

1. Click Print
2. Select Reconciliation Reports.
3. Click Associate List.
   
   
   
   You will be presented with several option boxes. Enter your preferences for each option. After entering each preference, click OK.
   
   
4. Enter the way you want to see the name on the list.
   1. L for Last Name First
   2. F for First Name First
   3. R for Roster
5. Enter the order in which you want the names to print.
   1. L for Last Name First
   2. F for First Name First
   3. R for Roster
   4. I for ID Number
   5. B for Box Number
6. Do you want to print the address?
   1. Y for Yes
   2. N for No
7. Do you want to print the phone #?
   1. Y for Yes
   2. N for No
8. Do you want to print the box #?
   1. Y for Yes
   2. N for No
9. “Do You Want to Print the Sponsor (Y/N)?”
   1. Make sure that you enter “Y,” then press OK.
      
      
      
      
      
10. Under “Associate Status Codes to Include,” select Active, Staff, and Vested Removed and click OK.
    
    
    
    
11. Obtain Team Leader approval.
