Locating a Vested Agent Not Responding (Annual Associate Renewal Billing)

Here are a couple of suggestions to find missing VR associates.

Search your tax records.

If they’re local and own property, the local property tax records, often accessible through your market center MLS login, that might be a really easy way for you to find them.

Search the internet.

There are sites like switchboard.com where you can search for a person’s name. You can Google them. There are all sorts of sites that you can do this from. You may even resort to investigations to find people.

It is important to remember that the MC is responsible for sending them a certified letter to request that they pay their annual fee. You need to make the effort to locate anyone not responding to you and be able to provide 3rd-party verification of those efforts (USPS delivery status by green postcard or tracking number online).
