What is a Greensheet?
Prior to the launch of the Command platform, associates in your Market Center would complete a Greensheet for every transaction; some market centers continue to accept commission requests via Greensheets. These are submitted online through the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS) and submitted via the KW Greensheet.

Associates will submit their Greensheets, fully executed, signed sales contracts, and any other addenda pertaining to the property as required by your state and your Market Center to the Team Leader and/or designated, licensed individual for approval. After reviewing the Greensheets along with the required documents, the Team Leader can accept the compliance portion of the Greensheets through the KWLS (or they can return Greensheets to associates if more information is required). Once the MCA accepts the financial portion, the Greensheets can be imported into WinMORE.
