- When a new associate joins the Market Center, the default anniversary date is the first day of the next full month. For example, an associate joining on May 15th will have a June 1st anniversary date. This is done to give the agent the remainder of their initial month to learn the systems and transition all real estate services.

Check For |
Select what the check you received from the closing company included: |
Deposit # |
WinMORE will automatically populate the deposit number field. |
Check # | Enter the check number on the payment you received for this closing. Use ACH or WIRE if the payment was direct deposited / wired directly to your commission bank account. |
Check Amount |
The default is based on the “Check for” entry chosen above. |
Reconcile / Description | If the check amount did not match any of the “Check for” field choices, this field’s default value is the difference between the “Check for” amount and the actual check amount. This could happen if your associate capped within this posted DA. In this case, the reconcile amount would equal the total overpaid to the Market Center. Reconcile entries are booked to the Clearing Commission account in AccountEdge and must be resolved before month end. Type in the reason for the reconcile amount. For example, “an associate capped on this DA,” or “overpaid by title,” etc. |
