Can I Change the Header/Footer on the DA

The language on the DA is not a customizable item.

The DA was designed to facilitate agents being paid at the closing table. This is done by the broker stating they wish the commissions due the broker to be distributed in a specific manner. Following that purpose, the language on the DA is specific for this purpose.

You can add additional language to a DA by using the Comments feature on Page 2 of the DA.
