Lock the Month (Lonewolf)

In this section, you will update your lock period to ensure that accounting posts are kept within the current transmittal period.

Any changes made to prior period data in your accounting system will affect your ability to successfully transmit your Market Centre's financials. KW relies on prior period data matching what was originally transmitted by the Market Centre; any differences may cause difficulty or even prevent transmittal.

  1. In Lonewolf. Select E.1.1. Company Profile.

  2. Select the Misc 1 tab. 
  3. Find the System Control Dates fields
  4. Select the Start date using the calendar control set to the first day of your current month.
  5. Select the End Date using the calendar control set to the last day of your current month.

    NOTE:  Lonewolf will not allow entries to the General Ledger using dates outside of the entered date range without notifying you.
