Upload Transmittal Results in Period Closed Error

If when you've prepared transmittal / closed the month, typed in YES, and then proceeded to click on upload transmittal, you receive the following message "The transmittal period for the month of August, period 2013-08 is closed."

This error message is a result of the period being closed and rolled to the next month and WinMORE not being able to find the files to transmit. The most common case of this is an error when creating the transmittal files that states the system could not access the mdat/transmit folder.

Check for the transmittal files in other folders under WinMORE3 in your File Manager. The most common place due to the inability to access the mdat/transmit folder is the root WinMORE3 folder. Copy the transmittal files from there back to the mdat/transmit folder and try the upload process again.
