Viewing Part 2 of a DA, with Type L or B, which was Posted prior to Using CloudMORE Listings
This is a bug!
And there is a quick workaround. Simply:
- Click OK to close the error message
- Clear the DA (click Clear in the Menu),
- Go to Part 2 with nothing entered on the Part 1, then
- Enter the DA number on the Part 2 screen.
If you do go back to Part 1 for any reason, you will have to do this again to get to Part 2 again.
We are working on a resolution for this validation error.
