Team versus Group for Awards

Per the KWRI Awards Policy, below are the differences between Individuals, Teams and Groups for awards purposes:

• Individual Award: An Individual who produces at least $60,000 in GCI and does not work with a team or a group. Associates with a team of 1 licensed associate and 1 administrative assistant, though set up in the Team Management Tool and displayed on the Team reports, are awarded in the Individual category.
• Team Award: 2 Licensed associates who produce at least $60,000 in GCI and combine their production.
• Group Award: 3+ Licensed associates who produce at least $60,000 in GCI and combine their production.
