Delete or Terminate Referral DA (Current Period)

Q. How do I delete or terminate a referral DA?

A. Referral DAs cannot be terminated.

Step 1: You will need to change the type and class of the DA before terminating. On Part 1, change Type to S, Class to P. Go to Save/Part 2. Move any money from "Other" to "Sale". Now open Associates on DA & change Type = S, Class = P. This resolves the invalid type/class conflict.

Step 2: Move forward with Terminate a DA. Change the status to U, Save. Reopen the DA and change the status to T, Save.
