If an associate has forgotten their KW Username for KWConnect, myKW, or Command, you can look it up in the Command MC Associates Applet:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Command MC, at the top of the page.
3. Click the Associates icon, , on the left side of the page.
4. Find the associate on your roster, then click the associate's name.
Look Up Their Username
1. You will find their KW Username in the General Information Section, toward the bottom left of their Associate Record.
Look Up/Edit Their KW Password Reset Email Address
1. Click Edit, in the Contact Information section, on the left side of the Associate Record.
2. You will see the recovery email here. If needed, you can make edits to this address on their behalf, though you must enter a personal, non-KW email address. This is where the associate will receive password reset links when locked out of their account. Failure to do so will require contacting Support, which may delay urgent access needs outside business hours. Their Recovery Email should be one that they personally own and will have access to in the future.
Once you know this information, and they have access to the correct KW Password Recovery Email Address, the agent will be able to reset their KW Password and log in to Command or any other KW system.
If you are assisting a VR associate who has forgotten his/her username, please send a ticket to MCASupport@kw.com with the following information to request the associate's username:
- VR associate name
- MORE ID
- current email address
- current phone number
