Ad Hoc - Enroll Date & Real Estate Date

To determine who was entered in your market center as a newly licensed person vs someone that transferred from another brokerage you can use this ad-hoc report.

LIST AGENTS

WITH ENRLDATE > '12/31/2017'

ID FNAME LNAME ENRLDATE RE_DATE

Compare the enroll date to the RE date. If the RE Date is the same as the join date then they are newly licensed. If their RE Date is older than the join date then the assumption is they transferred.
