If a Market Center removes an associate from their WinMORE system instead of following the proper transfer process, you will need to perform an extra step after adding the associate to ensure any downline they have stays intact.
- Add the associate as you usually would add a transferring associate. Contact the previous Market Center and request the required transfer reports detailed in the Associate Transfer Process. Note in the record if they will be getting any credit for company dollar or royalty that has already been paid during the current anniversary year (not calendar year).
- If the associate has a downline, please contact MCA Support by completing this form to request to restore that downline. Include both the old and new 7-8-digit MORE IDs.
