If a Market Center removes and associate from their WinMORE system instead of following the proper transfer process you will need to perform and extra step after adding the associate to ensure any downline they have stays intact.
- Add him as you usually would add a transferring associate. Contact the previous Market Center and ask for an Anniversary DA List. Note in his record if he will be getting any credit for company dollar or royalty that he has already paid.
- If the associate has a downline, please send an email to MCASupport@kw.com to request to restore that downline. Include both the old and new MORE IDs.
