There are two possible scenarios for "incomplete" associate records in WnMORE. Both of these will result in WinMORE prompting you to complete their associate record when you access Enter - Associates.
Staged Associate – An associate record that you have started on the white pages, and were not able to complete in WinMORE due to lack of information/time. Someone joining in the current period.
Pending Associate – An associate who joins the market center during during the first days of a month where WinMORE is still in the prior month as transmittal has not been completed. This will get the associate KWConnect and Command access immediately (not making them wait until after transmittal) and then you complete their entry after transmittal. For instructions on entering a pending associate click here and pay particular attention to the start date field.
Note: This is NOT for entering associates that MIGHT be joining or joining in the future. This is intended for licenses you hold but entry in the correct month is delayed due to transmittal.
They count as a gross in the month you complete their entry NOT the month you set them pending.
Deleting Pending and Staged Records:
There may be occasions where you realize you selected the wrong record and don't complete the entry, staging a record that needs to be removed. Below are the steps to remove that record:
For Staged Records:
- In WinMORE go to Enter - Associates
- When you see the "Staged" record pop up, click on it to select & click "OK".
- This will open the Enter - Associate screen
- Click the "Delete" tab.
This will remove the staged record.
Pending Associates can be removed using the steps above provided you do this prior to transmitting the month you set them pending. After transmittal with them pending they can only be removed by the IT department.
