WinMORE scans your backup folder to ensure that your backups are happening. If your most recent backup was canceled before it was completed, you will see an error similar to the messages below:
The cause of it being incomplete is unknown. If you purposefully stopped the backup process, you may proceed after clicking OK.
However if the backup was not purposefully stopped, you need to ensure the backup process will run completely. Go to Setup - Backup and click Backup Now. Make sure the backup completes. If not, search the error message that appears to resolve the issue.
