When trying to remove an agent who is not vested, WinMORE will prompt you with a dialogue box asking if they are transferring to another Keller Williams office. If you answer Yes, you will get the error message "You May NOT remove this agent until all the steps on the Miscellaneous Checklist are complete".
This is because since they are staying with KW, you cannot remove them until their downline is transferred. Please refer to the article for transferring associates for more information on transfers. Once the associate's information and downline are successfully transferred through the transfer process, you will receive instruction through the Associate Changes Log to remove the associate on one of your next All Associate Downloads.
If the associate is not staying with KW, make sure you answer NO to this question.
