Chart of Accounts (U.S. and Canada)

All Market Center KW Financial Statements must conform to the Financial Systems KW Model. Following the guidelines shown in the KW Chart of Accounts results in accurate KW Financial Statements and is essential to maintain the consistent integrity of the Profit Share program. If an account is not listed in the KW Chart of Accounts but is included in the KW Financial Statement, it should be a MC user-defined account.
 
The current Keller Williams Chart of Accounts for both the US and Canada are attached below and can be found on KWConnect.

• Go to KWConnect
• Hover over Resources, and click Leadership Hub
• Select MCA Resources (under More Popular Resources on Connect)
• Select Market Center Operations
• In the left column, select the applicable Chart of Accounts link
• This will open the KWConnect entry for the KW Financial Statement
• Click on the Materials Tab
• Click on the document you are looking for and download it to your computer.
