If you get a message that the process is already running on your computer when attempting to get DAs to import into WinMORE, this means that the last attempt the process did not fully complete.
You will need to delete the import file located in your WinMORE3/mdat folder.
- Navigate to WinMORE3/mdat
- Locate the DAImportLog.txt file and delete it. You should now be able to access the Get DAs functionality again.
