This is normally caused when another program such as Antivirus or a real time backup program has control of the file when WinMORE tried to access it.
Reboot your computer and try again.
Have your IT company ensure that all Antivirus scans are taking place outside of business hours. All backup programs should be set to backup each night during non-business hours. Real time backup programs are not compatible with WinMORE.
