- Take a screenshot of the error message
- Run a file verify on your WinMORE system (Setup - Verify system and data files).\
- Submit a ticket with the screenshot of the error along with the results of the system verify to MCA Support by completing this form.
Stop using WinMORE until an MCSR gets back with you. Depending on the severity of the data loss, the record may be able to be recovered or a backup from prior to the data loss will have to be restored.
