This error indicates that there has been data loss on your WinMORE system and a record or records are missing.
- Take a screenshot of the error message
- Run a file verify on your WinMORE system (Setup - Verify system and data files).\
- Email the screenshot of the error along with the results of the system verify to MCASupport@kw.com.
Stop using WinMORE until an MCSR gets back with you. Depending on the severity of the data loss, the record may be able to be recovered or a backup from prior to the data loss will have to be restored.
