The secret of tracking your Business Center is to set up BOTH your Market Center AND your Business Center as separate Jobs in AccountEdge. Once you set up the codes, you will apply the job code for all income and expense items to categorize between the market center and business center.
Create a Job Code for your Market Center and Business Center(s).
Step 1
In AccountEdge, click Lists, click Jobs
Step 2
Click New.
Step 3
Select Detail Job and enter the desired code and click OK.
The code can be either letters - Example: Lake Travis could be LT
OR numbers - Example: 01 for Market Center, 02 for Business Center
Step 4
When finished, your screen should show both your Market Center AND your Business Center as separate jobs. Click Close.
