In this section, you will verify that the Undeposited Funds account balance is zero.
- In AccountEdge, select Find.
- Click the Account tab and review the Undeposited Funds Ending Balance for the month you are transmitting. Verify that the balance is zero.
If the balance is not zero, click Banking and select Prepare Bank Deposit. Complete the bank deposit with a current transmittal month date in order to zero out this balance.
NOTE: The Undeposited Funds account number is 1-1160.
