Is there a Minimum Profit in Order to Profit Share?

Question: We are a Market Center that is normally profitable and participates in profit share. Last month was rough and we were about $350 profitable. Is there a minimum that we have to be profitable to profit share? And if I go ahead and transmit with a zero in the AGT. PROF. SHARE field, will we have to start all over and reapply as a profit sharing Market Center? What do we do when this happens?

Answer: Nothing, WinMORE knows what to do. If you don’t have a profit or revert back to loss mode, there is no profit share (PS) generated. If you’ve transmitted more than 18 times, your Loss Carry Forward (LCF) is capped. As soon as profits begin again, PS will automatically kick back in.
