CloudMORE Listings uses listing data from the KWLS and LoneWolf. This enables the MCA to easily search and select listings for DA creation, without having to manually enter the information. To learn more about the search functions within CloudMORE Listings, review the article below:
Filters
By default, the listings displayed will be residential listings for sale.
You can remove any filter by clicking the X on the filter in question or start fresh by clicking Clear All.
Click the Filter Results button to customize your filters.
- On the listing filters menu, you can set filters specific to the property:
- You can also set filters specific to the agent:
- At the bottom of the listing filters menu, you will see a "Missing MORE IDs" button. If you add this filter, it will show you all of the listings that do not have a MORE ID attached to them. These will need to be corrected.
Listings Without Agents
If there is a listing in your CloudMORE Listings Inventory that does not have an agent attached to it, you will see a message at the top of the page letting you know:
NOTE: If every listing in your inventory has an agent assigned, you will not see this message at the top of the page or the filter option.
To find the listing(s) without an agent assigned, click Missing Listing Agent in this message or go to your listing filters menu and you will see a "Missing Listing Agent" filter button at the bottom of the list.
Once you use either of these options, you will see the listings that are missing an assigned agent and you can edit the listing to add an agent. For more info on editing a listing, click here.
Omni-Search
The easiest way to find the listing you want is to use the “Search Listings” Omni-Search box:
When you type something into the search, the system will look at any part of any field on the list. It will search the beginning, middle, and end of all words and values. For example, if I search "nat" it might find "Jonathon," "Natalia, TX," or "11617 Natrona Dr."
Once you complete your search, you can click on the listing to view, edit, or select it for the DA creation process.
