Within CloudMORE Listings, you have the ability to create a listing to add to your active inventory at any time. For the steps to create a listing within CloudMORE Listings, follow the directions below:
- Open WinMORE on your computer.
- Click Enter at the top left of the page and select CloudMORE Listings (formerly Central Listings).
This will open your internet browser and might have you log in with your myKW login credentials. You will see a list of active listings that are pulling from the KWLS or LoneWolf. - At the top right of the page, click Add New Listing.
- Enter the listing information.
NOTE: Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk *. Required fields which are not completed will be highlighted with a red box around the field.
- Street Number is required, but you can add a zero when entering acreage or a property without a street number.
- Residential/Commercial – Defaults to Residential; you can change the property type to Commercial by clicking on the Commercial label, which will then be highlighted in blue.
- List Date/Expiration Date – you can either choose the desired date from the calendar drop-down that will appear when you click within that field, or you can type in the date with mm/dd/yy formatting.
- Current Price will default to the list price if not entered as a different amount.
- Sale/Lease – Defaults to Sale; you can change it to Lease by choosing the Lease label, which will then be highlighted in blue.
- Agent Split – Enter the agent(s) who have the listing.
- Click + Add Agent Split.
- Click in the box labeled "Search for an agent ..." and start typing any part of the agent’s name. The matching options will appear in a drop-down below, along with their MORE ID and KWUID identifiers.
- Choose the appropriate agent from the list to add them to the listing.
- A box will then appear to the right of the agent’s name for you to enter their portion of the listing unit. Click in the box and enter “1" for the entire listing unit, or add their percentage of the listing unit in decimal form. You can add multiple agents to this section, but the total split must add up to 1.
Example: Agent A has 0.75 of the listing unit and Agent B has 0.25; added together they equal 1. - Click + Add Agent Split to add another agent, if needed.
- To remove an agent you have picked in error, click the Trash icon
in the
unit box.
- MLS Information
- If the listing has not been entered into an MLS, check the "Not in MLS" box
- If the listing has been entered into an MLS, click "+ Add MLS Number."
- The MLS Name drop-down will display the names of each MLS your Market Center has access to. Click the appropriate MLS.
- In the MLS # field, enter the MLS number assigned for this listing.
- If the property is listed in more than one MLS, click the + Add MLS Number box to add a second MLS. Add any MLS numbers that are applicable.
- If the listing has not been entered into an MLS, check the "Not in MLS" box
- Street Number is required, but you can add a zero when entering acreage or a property without a street number.
- Click Save Listing at the bottom of the page to save your newly created listing.
