CloudMORE is the system of record for all KW listings. CloudMORE Listings is fed by the KWLS, LoneWolf, and manual entry. For Market Centers that use LoneWolf, use the same escalation process for any issues you run into with this system.
For Market Centers that use ListHub, CloudMORE Listings should be a direct reflection of the active listing inventory in the KWLS. Listings will not pull over from the KWLS if the listing has an inactive status (withdrawn, expired, sold, transaction not closed, temporarily off market) or if the listing expiry date is in the past.
Also, the default settings on your view is Residential Sales, meaning only residential listings for sale are shown. If it is commercial and/or a lease, you need to clear one or more of these filters to be able to see that listing record.
You may still have to enter some listings - Pocket (Not in MLS Listings) or those that existed in KWLS prior to November when data started syncing between KWLS and CloudMORE Listings.
Can you find the missing listing in the KWLS?
If Yes:
Make sure that the expiry date is in the future and that the listing is in an active status (active, pending, under contract). If not, correct the status or expiry date and save. The corrected listing will pull over to CloudMORE Listings within 15–20 minutes of being saved.
If the listing is in the KWLS and everything (status/expiry date) looks correct, reach out to support@kw.com for further escalation.
If No:
If your Market Center has purchased a ListHub KW Connector account for an MLS, then all active listings entered into that MLS should automatically pull into the KWLS within 24–48 hours of being entered.
Your first step is to check the ListHub Exceptions Report. This is a report that will show you every active listing that failed to automatically pull into the KWLS and it will show you why it did not pull in. To access the ListHub Exceptions Report, on KWConnect go to Reports - Website Statistics - Listhub Exceptions.
