If you get the message that your transmittal files are not received, there are two things to be checked:
1) First it could be that your permissions are set such that WinMORE can't validate file sizes uploaded. To resolve this issue set the "Run As Administrator" option on your WinMORE shortcut
- Right Click the WinMORE Shortcut
- Select Properties
- Select Advanced
- Check the box for Run As Administrator
- Click Apply/OK/Accept
Try the upload step again.
NOTE: Do NOT go back to prepare upload again. If your prepare steps completed properly and you got the error on upload, then you only need to do the upload step again. |
2) Determine if your firewall is blocking the upload: During the upload, watch the black dialogue screen to be sure you see two messages of "Transfer Complete" above the "Press any key to continue…" message. You might see "Transfer Failed" or "Connection Closed" etc. which means the files did not upload. If you see a message that the connection failed with an error 3 code or the word handshake then your firewall is blocking ports.
See: ftp: connect: security handshake failed. security handshake failed. ftps returned error code: 3
