WinMORE Zip "1" file not created - WinMORE Error - Transmittal File Error

Error message: WinMORE Zip "1" file not created

Resolution: to correct this error, try following these steps:

1. Right-click on the WinMORE shortcut and select Properties
2. On the Compatibility tab, make sure that "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" is checked and that Windows XP (Service Pack 3) is selected from the menu
3. On the Security tab, make sure that all users (or at least your username) has all Permissions selected as "Allow"

Remember that WinMORE is not compatible with Windows 11. If you are running Windows 11, please have your IT service roll back to Windows 10; this must occur before the KWRI MCA Support team can provide assistance.
