Awards - Recognizing Associates for Achievements Monthly

There are many ways to acknowledge the achievements of our associates. We recommend having a system where you are recognizing your associates on a monthly basis. Below are ideas for awards and the reports where you'll find the data each month. You will also want to verify team and group data for awards using this article.

• Capped Agents – Review the WinMORE Agents Capped this Period report from last month’s transmittal
• Agents with First Transaction – Review the KWConnect Reports – First Listing First Closing report
• Top Producers – Review the Rankings within Market Center or Rankings within Market Center YTD reports
• Agents Achieving CGI Goals – Review the KWConnect Reports, CGI, and Associate CGI Goals vs Actual.
• Agents Vesting – Identify associates who will be vesting with your Market Center in the current month with an Ad Hoc report. This report will help celebrate associates reaching their “3 year plus one day” mark and also ensure any updates regarding status are made before the associate appears as vested.
  • Open WinMORE and go to Other–Ad Hoc Reports.
  • In the area called “List Command,” enter the following: LIST AGENTS WITH VEST_YEAR <= %YEAR% AND WITH VEST_MONTH = "07" NAME_L ENRLDATE STATUS VEST_MONTH VEST_YEAR
  • Update the current month using a two-digit number (i.e., for July enter “07”). This report will pull the current year and any year prior by month showing vesting month and year.

• Associate Growth Partners – Review the New Associate report from the prior month’s Transmittal to determine who sponsored new associates into the Market Center.
• Top Profit Share – Review the KWConnect Reports – Associate Profit Share Trends to determine top dollar recipient for Month and YTD.

Make note of additional awards you wish to distribute.
